Welcome to Summit Solutions. By registering and using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Eligibility
- Users must be at least 18 years old.
- Freelancers and Employers must provide accurate, truthful information during registration.
- All accounts are subject to validation and approval before activation.
2. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
- You may not share, sell, or transfer your account.
- Any false or misleading information may result in suspension.
3. Services
- Freelancers may bid/apply for jobs posted by Employers.
- Employers may post jobs and hire freelancers.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or crypto (stablecoins).
4. Fees
- Platform service fees apply to successful contracts.
- Any promotional bonuses (e.g., 1% bonus on stablecoin payouts) are subject to change at our discretion.
5. Payments & Escrow
- Payments are processed securely through our platform.
- Disputes may be resolved via our mediation system.
- Freelancers are paid only after client approval of work.
6. Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
- Post false or misleading jobs/profiles.
- Engage in fraud, spam, or illegal activities.
- Circumvent the platform by making payments outside the system.
7. Dispute Resolution
- Disputes between Freelancers and Employers will first be handled internally via our resolution system.
- We reserve the right to withhold payments until disputes are resolved.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Summit Solution is not liable for job quality, missed deadlines, or damages resulting from contracts between Freelancers and Employers.
- Our role is to provide a platform; contracts are strictly between users.
9. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
- Users may request account closure at any time.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
