Role Description

They’re looking for a freelance cold caller to connect with small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) across the U.S. The offering includes:

  • Business internet services
  • Cybersecurity solutions
  • AI automation
  • Cloud migration

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct cold calls to a curated SMB list (B2B outreach).
  • Clearly and confidently present the services.
  • Close sales or book follow-up appointments for Technology Advisors.
  • Keep call logs and notes updated in a CRM or Google Sheet.
  • Follow provided scripts while adapting naturally to the conversation.
  • Report to the Sales Director after each shift.

Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in outbound phone sales or cold calling.
  • Fluent English with a neutral or clear accent.
  • Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
  • Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
  • Availability to work up to 40 hours per week.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
