Key Responsibilities
  • Website Management: Keep the website fresh, functional, and on-brand; update content and ensure pages are responsive, attractive, and SEO-optimized.
  • Graphic Design: Design eye-catching visuals for web, social, and marketing campaigns using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator; maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Social Media Management: Plan, create, and schedule content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.); track engagement and analytics to optimize performance; stay ahead of digital trends, reels, and viral content formats; build and grow the company’s social media presence with creativity and consistency.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience: 3–5 years in marketing, design, or as a digital assistant.
  • Skills: Strong background in website content management; proficiency with graphic design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite; solid experience in managing social media content and developing strategy.
  • Communication: Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attributes: Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.

Minimum Technical Requirements
  • Processor (CPU): Intel Core i5 (10th gen or newer) or AMD Ryzen 5 (3000 series or newer).
  • RAM: 8 GB minimum (16 GB recommended).
  • Storage: 256 GB SSD (minimum).
  • Operating System: Windows 10/11 (Pro or Home) or macOS.
  • Webcam & Microphone: 720p HD webcam and external microphone or headset with noise cancellation for clear communication.
