Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Run and optimize LinkedIn (paid and organic), Google Ads, and HubSpot campaigns targeting B2B audiences in Australia.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Execute ABM strategies focusing on high-value accounts.
- Content Adaptation: Use Canva to adapt provided content for ads, social media, and landing pages.
- Performance Reporting: Regularly report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Audit and Recommendations: Conduct an initial audit of existing B2B campaigns and provide actionable recommendations.
Requirements
- Experience: 3–5+ years in digital marketing, specifically in SEM, social media, and ABM.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Google Ads/Analytics, and Canva.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent written and spoken English.
- Legal Compliance: Must be legally registered in the Philippines as self-employed with the BIR, holding proper business registration (e.g., DTI sole proprietorship or SEC One-Person Corporation/Corporation), and able to issue valid official receipts.
Performance Metrics
- Campaign Deliverables: Launch and optimize B2B campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and HubSpot.
- Reporting: Provide regular performance reports with insights.
- Optimization: Ongoing efforts to improve CTR, CPL, conversions, and ROI.
- Work Hours: At least 50% of work hours must overlap with Australian business hours.
