Outbound Sales Representative

Primary Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound outreach via calls, emails, and digital channels targeting global prospects.
  • Promote EnrgTech’s product lineup to engineers, buyers, and procurement teams.
  • Qualify leads by assessing customer needs, budget constraints, and timelines.
  • Schedule appointments or consultations for senior account executives.
  • Manage pipeline and customer interactions using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine outbound campaigns and lead lists.
  • Follow up on leads generated from digital marketing efforts.
  • Maintain product knowledge and track industry trends.
  • Meet or exceed KPIs related to calls, leads, and conversion metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of outbound or inside sales experience, ideally in industrial or electronic products.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and persuasion skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with B2B sales strategies and CRM tools.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
